Ezekiel Bread (sometimes also called "Bible Bread") is a bread baked from a specific recipe found in the Old Testament:



Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof... -Ezekiel 4:9



Ezekiel Bread is a hearty, heavy, whole multi-grain bread. It has a unique and delicious flavor. It is excellent with butter, honey, preserves or toasted. It is much higher in protein and is a little more crumbly than most breads. The Ezekiel Bread Kit provides enough grains to make 6 hearty loves of Ezekiel Bread.



--Victorio Hand Crank Grain Mill - The Victorio Grain Mill is made of durable cast stainless steel and secures easily to most countertops. It grinds grains, seeds, peppercorns, and most "non-oily" seeds with settings from fine to coarse to cracked.



--5 Lbs of Ezekiel Bread Grain Mix (Approx 13 Cups of Grain) - When ground into flour it yeilds about 22 to 23 cups of flour. This is enough flour to make 6 loaves of bread.     I give this product 5 starts, but not for eating it as a cereal. I think that eating it plain/with milk is a little rough: as a cereal, I'd give it 2 stars. However, I LOVE using this stuff in yogurt (any flavor)--it adds more of a crunch than granola does--and it's also fantastic when you put it on top of fruit (espeically strawberries and melons like canteloupe...not so much watermelon). I really like the Ezekiel 4:9 with almonds best!

    And as an FYI, 22 bucks for 6 boxes is a great deal. The cereal usually runs about $5-6 a box in-store.

    This is literally the best cereal in my entire life that I have ever eaten. It's a perfect supplement to a whole foods vegan diet. at 16g of protein per cup, packed with fiber, minerals, and vitamins, you cannot go wrong with this cereal. This texture and taste are not for everyone, but for those who like hearty, multi grain, sugar free types of food, this is the cereal for you!

    I love this product! For those that find the taste bland, but are eating this for fiber, here is my suggestion: Mix small amounts (less than 1/4 cup) of each of the following in a bowl: this cereal, Fiber One cereal, Wheat and Bran Shredded Wheat cereal, raw almonds, raw walnuts, and raw pecans. Pour on your favorite soy milk. It tastes great! I eat this every morning. No more trouble with getting my daily fiber intake!

    I love Ezekiel products. No flour=no fat gain. I use Ezekiel for bodybuilding because they make the most nutritional grains that provide sustained energy with a minimal insulin response, and of course they are a reputable ALL NATURAL company. Flour containing products are not as healthy and spike insulin (causing fat gain) compared to than sprouted grains, so to me flour has no place in everday diet (occasional desserts are a different story). I don't even have anything to comare Ezekiel to because nothing else I know of is flourless in terms of bread or cereal. Great products! Of course raisin is the best tasting of the cereals in my opinion but the others are fine too. They are a bit pricy, but you really do get what you pay for.
    You know why many big name cereals (or any product for that matter) costs less?

    1. lower quality ingredients
