For those who eat little to no prepackaged processed foods, I think you'll love this as much as I do. And that includes their cereals. We have been trying to eat lower glycemic foods so regular pasta is out. We ate whole wheat for a while, then switched to the low carb pasta that tastes basically like regular white flour pasta. We tried this tonight with a great sauce with lots of herbs and spices in it and my meatballs that my family always loves. My husband isn't quite as excited about all this healthy stuff but willingly eats it because he knows it is better for him. He is a HUGE carnivore or "meatitarian" as my 11 year old says, and when I asked him to take the meatballs out when he walked by the oven, he took out the small pan of 8 meatballs and I saw him bend back over and look in the oven again. I told him that was all there was. He said that was great, but what are you and the kids going to eat!! I cooked the pasta and dished up his bowl with lots of sauce and only 2 meatballs.
