(Grocery) When I first tried the cereal, I didn't much care for it...it had an odd taste. But, I figured, I bought the box, I may as well eat it. After bowl #2, I fell in love. This cereal is not sweetened. The only sweetness comes from the raisins and it is loaded with raisins. It has good fiber to it too. (Grocery) This cereal is really good. It stays with you during the morning hours. you do need to let it stay in the milk for a bit. It's really crunchy but all in all it is really tasty. The one with flax seed is really good for the digestion system. I like all three of them and I use them for my morning breakfast cereal now.
